    NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION

     The candidate must be a bonafide learner of BCNHS.


     The candidate is officially enrolled in Oral Communication I Context subject
     Eighty percent of the candidate's costume is made out c recycled materials.
     No hazardous or sharp object is used in the candidate's costume A pictorial will be held on
    October 10, 2022 in which the candidates will wear a plain white shirt creatively.
     The candidate's best photo will be posted on Facebook which will be the basis for the People's
    Choice Award.
     The score will be back to zero during the Q and A.
     The candidates are graded by the following criteria:

    RUBRIC

    Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills 20 points

    Props and Costume 20 points

    Beauty and Figure 10 points

    TOTAL 50 POINTS

    RUBRIC FOR Q and A

    Ideas and Content 15 points

    Relevance 15 points

    Sentence Fluency 10 points

    Grammar 5 points

    Word Choice 5 points

    TOTAL 50 POINTS
