Summary of Site Meeting between KE and PAQ for all Outstanding Works

4 Supply and Installation of A. VT mentioned that items have all been installed, with the - -
Water Level Control level probe being the balance item to be installed
System including Sensors B. VT mentioned that PAQ have yet to determine the optimal PAQ Immediate
and Level Probe (1 lot.) water levels, and will be doing so next week
- This is to mark the levels correctly before installing the
probe (Marking for start, stop and static level)
C. VT mentioned that installation works for the probe will only - -
happen after optimal water levels are ascertained
D. VT mentioned that installation of probe will be completed by PAQ 13th January

5 Supply and Installation of A. VT mentioned that this scope is not completed yet due to its - -
Wind Sensor (1 set.) redundancy and should be removed and omitted from scope
of Works
B. VT also mentioned that this should be omitted as it is not in - -
the original drawing
6 Supply and Installation of A. VT mentioned that IBMS and all relevant works are not under - -
Electrical Control Panel PAQ’s scope of Works and is under Quantum instead
with VFD, Starters, MCB, B. VT mentioned that Quantum will need to do the termination - -
ELCB Timers. and connection (from their panels to PAQ panels) and do
IBMS Links and All their testing to check if their data is synced properly

9 Emergency Shower (1 A. WKH inquired about the need to install an emergency - -


set.) shower system beside the chlorine dosing system due to
safety concerns with working using chlorine
B. VT assured WKH that the chlorine PAQ is using is in powder - -
form and not in gaseous form, and should not be unsafe for
work
C. WKH mentioned that even in powder form, possible leaks or - -
cracks in the system might cause chlorine to spill, which is a
safety hazard
D. VT mentioned that PAQ will install an emergency shower and PAQ 13th January
will be completed by 13th January 2023 2023

10 Yearly Renewable A. VT brought up the need for a yearly renewable license to be - -


License applied
B. VT then informed KE of the workflow and order of things to - -
be done, for the license to be obtained, which is summarised
as follows:
1. PAQ will fill up the application form with all the necessary
specs and details of the entire system and mark out the
missing portions that require other parties to fill up, before
submitting this draft to KE
2. KE will then request the BP number from OSPL’s Project
Director, to be attached to the draft sent over from PAQ
3. KE will then submit this draft to MPD to request for
architect’s signature from MPD’s side
4. MPD will then return this application form to KE, in which KE
will pass to PAQ
5. PAQ’s PE will then check through to confirm the application
is completed before sending the application form to KE
6. KE will then send the form to MPD, who will officially submit
the entire application form to request for the license
7. After NEA has approved of the license, a reference number
will be given to the applicant
8. From then on, within the first 14 days of each month, the
applicant will have to take a sample of water from the system
and send it to NEA’s lab, to get acknowledgement for the
continuation of the provision of the license

C. VT mentioned that step B1 will be completed, and the draft VT 10th January
will be sent to KE by 10th January 2023 2023

1. Submit draft of yearly Renewable License application form
(to be sent to KE)
