Sport: Is it Beneficial for Us?

Us, humans, have been practicing sports for centuries, probably even for several millenniums.
We sometimes do it to entertain others and sometimes just to spend time doing something we
enjoy. However, we can forget how practising sport benefit people in many ways such as
(building community spirit/ Realising emotions)

Firstly, sport has such a powerful influence on each person who practise it that helps us do
something really special, build community spirit. Thanks to football, basketball, athletics and
many other physical activities people, who at first have nothing in common, is able to set aside
everything that is happening in their lives to help others. For example, if a person is new at the
gym and does not know how a specific machine works, is more than likely that someone who is
there will help him or her.

Secondly, although people sometimes do sport to unwind and not think about anything in
particular, it also helps us to sometimes realise emotions even if they are positive or negative.
