    CUES:
    1. Step - Swing -Throw
    2. Step with your opposite
    foot
    Cues For Throwing Over Hand

    CUES:

    1. Side to target
    2. Make an uppercase L
    3. Step - Twist - Throw
    4. Step with your opposite
    foot
    Cues For Catching

    CUES:
    1. Ready position
    2. Reach -Grab - Pull
    Juggling - 1 Scarf
    CUES:
    1. Focus on Form
    2. Be patient with yourself
    3. Be safe
    4. Pinch green scarf in left hand
    between thumb and pointer finger
    5. Throw green scarf in the air
    (WAVE)
    6. Catch green Scarf with right hand
    7. Repeat Process
    Juggling - 2 Scarves
    CUES:
    1. Focus on Form
    2. Be patient with yourself
    3. Be safe
    4. Pinch green scarf in left hand between
    thumb and pointer finger.
    5. Pinch orange scarf in right hand with
    thumb and pointer finger
    6. Throw both scarves in the air making an
    X with your arms
    7. Catch scarves in opposite hands (now the
    green scarf should be in the right hand
    and the orange scarf should be in the left
    hand)
    8. Repeat Process
    Juggling - 3 Scarves
    CUES:

    1. Be patient with yourself


    2. Be safe
    3. Pinch green scarf in left hand between thumb and
    pointer finger.
    4. Pinch the pink scarf in the left hand between the
    pink and ring finger
    5. Pinch orange scarf in right hand with thumb and
    pointer finger
    6. Using the X cue from 2 scarves, start by throwing
    the green scarf in the air while also throwing the
    orange one
    7. Afterwards throw the pink scarf in the air creating
    an infinity sign
    8. Remember the color rotation should be green,
    orange, and pink
    9. Repeat Process
