TUBIGS RESOLUTION NUMBER 04, SERIES OF 2023

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DR. JANET S. LUIS AS INTERIM MANAGER

OF TUBIGS MARKETING CENTER AND DELEGATING FUNCTIONS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
WHEREAS, during the planning-workshop held on March 14-16, 2023, at the Research and
Extension Building, Benguet State University, La Trinidad, Benguet, the TUBIGS, Inc.
officers realized the need for a marketing center manager to ensure the smooth operations
of the center;
WHEREAS, the marketing center manager can play a vital role in the success
of the organization by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing center,
developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing budgets and finances,
hiring and managing staff, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and reporting on the
performance of the marketing center.
WHEREAS, the position of a marketing center manager should be presented to the members
through a general assembly, but due to the urgency of the situation, an interim manager needs
to be designated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the TUBIGS, Inc. officers designate
Dr. Janet S. Luis, the current organization secretary, to act as interim manager for the
TUBIGS marketing center from April 17, 2023, until June 9, 2023, which is the target date
for the TUBIGS, Inc. midyear general assembly;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the functions of the interim manager include
overseeing daily transactions of the marketing center, addressing the issues mentioned
earlier, and presenting a report on the status of the marketing center to the officers on May
23, 2023;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the officers will agree on possible solutions
or regulations arising from the report, which will be incorporated into the organization's
Constitution and By-Laws, to be ratified on June 9, 2023 during the General Assembly
of TUBIGS, Inc.

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval.

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED this 27th day of March, 2023 at Benguet State University, La Trinidad,
Benguet.
