1. Verify Junction Box is properly located according to drawings and specifications.
2. Verify Junction Box is level and supported per drawings and specifications with proper hubs, 
locknuts and bushings installed.
3. Verify Junction Box is of proper type and size per drawings and specifications.
4. Verify Junction Box has drain holes in accordance with specifications.
5. Verify Junction Box has been purged and dried; each entru has been sealed and waterproofed.

6. Verify cables enter through the bottom or side of the Junction Box.
7. Verify proper wire and cable cutting techniques are utilized.
8. Verify proper type and size connector or lug is used, if required.
9. Verify terminal strips are of proper manufacturer and dimensions and are installed in 
accordance with drawings and specifications.
10. Verify each wire is properly terminated and clearly identified in accordance with specifications.

11. Verify Junction Box has been properly and permanently identified in accordance with 
specifications.
12. Verify connection diagram information has been written on the inside of the Junction Box door 
with a permanent marking device.
