Position Title: Concierge at Bali Superhost - Ubud Region

Reports to: Reservations Manager

Job Level: Level 6

Purpose: To provide high-quality service and look after our guest's activities whilst coordinating with
other operational departments of Bali Superhost.

Definition

Guest Concierge Officer : He/she ensures that the guest's activities are handled according to
procedures in place, guest's needs, and right company image. Ensure each guest experience is tailor-
made and memorable.

Responsibilities

 Providing or arranging for guest activities such as transportation, excursions, meals


arrangement, massages, yoga, etc.
 Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping,
restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife and recreation.
 Answer inquiries, emails, phone calls, and coordinate travel plans with guests in relation to
movement or activities.
 Selling activities to guests and help operations team to sell them in villas.
 Maintain good communication with guests and operation team and always share with group
operation for any confirmed guest activities.
 Handle any guest complaints related to activities and solve issues - to the degree possible, or
escalate.
 Review and update prices regularly on our guest activities program.
 Liaise with Designer to maintain brochures and information up to date for guests.
 Creating and applying a marketing strategies to promote activities services.
 Provide monthly activities revenue report (submitted to Accounting), with clear commissions.
 Create, negotiate and agree on working contracts with new trusted partners/vendors.
 Maintain good communication and relationship with all our trusted partners/vendors.
 Ensure to keep a clean, healthy, and safe working area in the office.

Candidate's profile

Mandatory Desirable
Education Degree in hospitality, tourism, or
communication/public relations

Experience 1 year in a similar role in villa or


hotel
