Now let us follow simple subject-verb agreement and find out what are action
words or verbs in the next activity.
ACTIVITY 4: Complete each sentences by adding the correct form of the verb in
parenthesis.
D. Elaboration
1. Generalization:
What do you call the word that tells an action? It tells what someone or
something do. (Action words or verbs)
Group 1: Pick an action word and do it in front. Let their classmate, guess
what it is.
Group 2: Color the words that tell action and cross out the words that are not.
