ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Day1- April 29, 2022

Registration began at 7:00 a.m., with approximately 400 registered participants from across the
country. The opening started with the singing of the national anthem by the PCCR CHORAL group,
followed by a doxology and a thought for the day.

PCAP President Dr. Gerry Cano, RCrim offered the welcoming words as well as the seminar
and training orientation by commencing with the house rules, particularly on the enquiry in accordance
with the TOS. The introductory remarks were given by Honorable Ramil G. Gabao, RCrim Chairman,
PRB of Criminology, who stressed the need of TOS creation in order to decrease flankers during the
Criminologist licensure examination. Despite the Emergency Dilemma, Honourable Erwin M. Enad
commissioner, PRC presented their encouraging thoughts that professional growth must continue.
10:15 – 11:10 AM. Honorable Jose Y. Cueto Commissioner, PRC gave the overview about the
TOS and Test Question Formulation at this moment he revealed that Questionnaires in the Board
Examination are edited / choose by computer without human intervention. He answer query in line with
the questionnaire error and he promise to double time to avoid predicament next time around.
Honourable Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. Chairman, PRC gave their messages thru virtual and he
congratulates of the organizer the said events and participant for such a wonderful initiative. The
morning session ended at 11:59 AM.

The afternoon session started with an ice breaker.

At 1:00 p.m., Honourable Ramil Gabao, Chairman, PRB of Criminology, presented and
orientated all of us on the new PRB CRM approved TOS. He discussed the approve TOS in detail in
order to improve the Board rating for Criminologists across the country, and he also encouraged
pedagogue to undergo several trainings in order to cater to the needs of students and for self-
development. 2:00 p.m. Dr. Lucila F. Tibigar Test Consultant, PRC she discussed the test question
formulation based on the new TOS and she gave suggestions on how to formulate test questions At

3:15 PM, PRB members and PRC consultants divide the participants into groups based on their field of
specialization and require each group to present their output after 45 minutes. Individual participants
are also required to formulate ten questions based on the new TOS in exchange for our training
certificate. The output presentation lasted until six o'clock at night.

Day 2 – 30, 2022

Morning session commence at exactly 8:00 AM

Honourable Warren M. Corpuz, member of the PRB Criminology, led an orientation and
provided updates on Resolution No. 5, s. 2021 and he discuss the extensive requirements for a one-
year refresher course and bridging program. This program is intended to cater to flanker takers in the
CLE (who flank five times). According to him, qualified HEIs may apply for the program as long as they
meet the minimum requirements. At 8:45 a.m., Lani T. Palmones, a member of the PRB criminology,
provided orientation and updates on the inspection and monitoring of HEIs that offer criminology
programs. At 9:30 a.m., the newly appointed CPD for criminology evaluators and monitors took their
oaths, led by the honorable Ramil G. Gabao, Chairman, PRB Criminology. Meanwhile Armand L.
Guinto CPDD (CPDAS) discuss on the function of valuators and monitors.

At exactly 1:00 PM honourable Ramil G. Gabao, RCrim Chairman, PRB criminology tackle
about the updates on CPD and CPSP for Criminology and he appeal to the majority to stop politics and
instead focus on good things for the good of everybody and the whole organization. On the other hand
PCAP President Dr. Gerry Cano tackles a very important topic during his term of offices especially in
the aspects of professional growth as PCAP, President. He stated in his speech that he still wishes to
remain in office because he has many plans for the benefit of the entire organization despite of the acid
remark. 3:00 PM awarding of PCAP life time Members. It was very informative afternoon that ended at
5:00 PM. with the distribution of certificates.
