Dear Sir/Ma’am

I am writing to provide an explanation for the gap in my academic record. My HSC

examination has finished in December 2021. And the result of the examination was
published in February 2022,before enrolling in a university. During this period, I
devoted my time to preparing for the admission test for public universities in
Bangladesh.

Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I was not successful in securing admission

to my desired program in any of the public universities. Subsequently, I turned my
attention towards private universities and began preparing for their admission
tests.

After months of hard work, I was finally granted admission to the number one and
most reputable private university in Bangladesh (North South University) in
December 2022. The course began in January 2023
