II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The PTCA meeting of the parents last March 22, 2017 agreed that they will
provide a contribute for the construction of concrete perimeter fence .
Specifically, they are planning to provide sand and gravel. They agreed on a
contribution to be collected on April 1, 2017.
