Lack of manpower - multi-tasking is a must for employees but jobs

that involve money and reports for accounting and auditing require
much more than that. Lack of manpower doubles the stress and
pressure it gives to employees and halting them to perform at their
best all because of too much work.

Unpleasant office arrangement - our office is very tiny and we are

11 individuals inside the premise. Not to mention the heights of
receipts and reports we need to keep in place. It gives us difficulty
in accessing items and moving freely inside the office banging from
one place to another.

Proper job distribution - it definitely provokes my mind given the

fact that our jobs are very complicated such as handling money,
forms and the like which absolutely needs extra care. One cannot
easily focus on a task because of other work demands that are
hardly addressed and given solutions to.
