with the video. I will monitor if students are not
moving during the “freeze”.

Procedural steps:
- Play music as students are arriving into the
classroom
- During transitions, set timers with music
- During nap time, play calming music
- Instruct students to meet at the carpet for a small
activity
- Explain that we will be doing freeze movement
- Explain that when I say “Freeze” the are to stop
moving
- Students should be following along with the video
- At the end of the activity, I will play music for a cool
down
- During cooldown, students are able to move quietly
or sit
