On this video I’m going to talk about this three topic, first physical activities vs.

exercise, second
effects of media and technology on fitness and lastly is lifestyle diseases.
The first topic is physical activities vs. exercise

Physical activity
The Physical activity refers to any bodily movements produced by contraction of skeletal muscles that
require energy expenditure, and the Physical activity helps improve your overall health and fitness
and reduce your risk for many chronic diseases.

Exercise
Exercise involves engaging in physical activity and increasing the heart rate beyond resting levels. It is
an important part of preserving physical and mental health, Exercise helps you lose weight and lower
the risk of some diseases.

Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several
diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can
have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your
quality of life.

Physical activity is an important determinant of health. Its fundamental role in energy balance and
weight control and Physical activity keeps the body strong and healthy and can improve mental health
by decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, pain and loneliness. also Physical activity can improve
focus, school performance, sleep and energy levels
Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of developing some diseases. . Exercise also can
help keep your body at a healthy weight and good body posture

Media and technology on fitness
The Media and technology on fitness efficiency of current workout trends and enhance customer
experience, technology will continue to shape people's active lifestyles, while also enabling gyms to

There are two effects of the media and technology on fitness


They are negative and positive effect of media and technology on fitness

The positive effect of media and technology helps you track your progress and you can more easily
reach your daily step target when you can physically see the results on your phone screen

The negative effects of media and technology on fitness is difficulty on focusing on the fitness, the
more time you spend on your phone the less time you spending on fitness

The last topic is the Lifestyle diseases


Lifestyle disease caused by lack of physical activity and exercise, unhealthy lifestyle like smoking,
unhealthy diet, alcohol abuse etc...

Being healthy is important because living a healthy Lifestyle, and active physical activity and exercise,
can help you feel better, boost your energy, lower risk of health problems, and it helps you to have a
better lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle involves a lot of things under it, including a nutritional diet, daily exercise, adequate
sleep, being happy, and thinking positively. ... Living a healthy life is vital for you to be happy and feel
good in your present life and for the future.

Being healthy includes healthy eating, physical activities, weight management, and stress
management. A healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet. This does not mean cutting out important
food groups of your diet or limiting yourself on the amount of calories per day. And help you minimize
your bad habbits of eating unhealthy food
