This is to request in your good office to allow the officers of the Faculty and Personnel
Association (FPA) to conduct a clean-up drive project of the Umali Gymnasium today, February 21, 2020
in preparation for the upcoming division ranking in our school.

Furthermore, may we request also all the advisers together with their advisory class (both JHS
and SHS) to have a MASS WORK today at exactly 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon and be our companion for
the success of the said event. The main purpose of this event is to eliminate the garbage scattering
around on the Umali Gymnasium.

I hope this request merits your consideration and wishing for a positive response regarding this
matter.

Please be informed that there will be a voluntary contribution for the wake of our former
principal, Dr. Cecilio M. Tulaban who joined our Creator last Monday, February 24, 2020. Just submit
your voluntary contribution to the treasurers of each department.

Furthermore, everyone is advised to wear white shirt as our dress code for the vigil/visit today
at exactly 1 o’clock in the afternoon at San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija.

This is one way of extending our sincerest condolences to the bereaved family.

I am writing this letter to request in your good office to allow the General Tinio National High
School to borrow the municipal bus for the purpose of using it as our service when we visit the wake of
our former principal, Dr. Cecilio M. Tulaban at Mambangnan San Leonardo, Nueva at exactly 1 o’clock in
the afternoon today, February 28, 2020.

Furthermore, we are expressing our intention to shoulder the necessary fee for the gasoline that
will be used for the bus that we are requesting to borrow.

I am hoping for a positive response regarding this matter and looking forward that this request
