Generally, as pointed out earlier that international law lacks central law-making power as the

national legal systems, the international law feature key purpose is to address the ones who make
international laws. International law is greatly given high preference from the elements of self-
commitment and contractual elements. International law is not only based on the consent
between the states acting as member states but also it reflects the principles of equity, fairness
and justice. The dominant international law are areas of economic relations and environment
protection which is governed by the principle of solidarity. Human rights regime also influenced
international law because it had an impact in the interpretation of international treaties and
development of international law sources in general.
