The wonders of pastry is my interest since I was a young kid until now. In this modern world,

there’s a lot of competition and creativity that inspires me to give it a try and be miraculous. I would like

to start catering to weddings, quinceneras, and many other events so people will notice my work

because I bring harmony and joy to my pastries. In order to prosper, I would need to go to classes to

better my skills, start making pastries for fun and then sell, and once I’m being noticed and earn enough

money, start opening my business.

First of all, I would search the area where I live for baking and creativity classes to expand my

knowledge. The first area to look would be in the internet and the first thing that came out is Hobby

Lobby. Hobby Lobby has classes and they range from $5-$90 dollars a class or from $100- 120 if the

course lasts more than one class session (library). There is no need of prior experience to enter the class

and they have a hyperlink in their page to find a Hobby Lobby near you (library).

Secondly, once the skills are acquired, I’m able to use my fundamentals learned prior and

execute them on my cakes or cupcakes that I put my time and effort to craft these delicious pastries.
