Dear all Technical staffs,

First of all thank you for your contribution to the success of Technical Department so far! The remarkable
operational results of our Department could not be obtained without your continuous great efforts.

As presented to you all during our Technical Employee Conference last week, we as one team to commit to
reach the vision “to become the most efficient and safe Engineering & Maintenance organization in Vietnam,
and to be one of the top E&M organizations in the region” with a clear development action plan within a
reasonable time frame (attached again for your reference). To implement the plan, a series of actions will be
taken in the coming weeks/months and as parts of this improvement plan develop you all will be subsequently
informed.

To immediately facilitate the effectiveness of management of technical projects and of related engineering
activities, please find below some news of changes immediately deployed and effective today.

/1/ Technical Project Management Team (TPM): Belongs to Engineering Department directly reporting
to EM
1.1 Personnel:
 Team Leader: Nguyen Duc Trang Thuy
 Coordinator: Pham Dinh Tuan
 Administration: Nguyen Duc Anh and Hoang Lai Quynh Giao
1.2 Scope:
 Within Technical Department:
- On behalf of EM and CTO will be the contact point to coordinate with other
teams/sections and assign members to accomplish the required functions.

 - Will take all responsibilities with EM and CTO about planning, progress, quality, reporting
and cost of all projects, strictly following Bidding Procedures.
 Within JPA:
- On behalf of CTO will be the contact point and cooperate with other departments to
accomplish the required functions.

/2/ Warranty/ Insurance/ Maintenance Reserve Management Team (WIM): Belongs to Engineer
Department directly reporting to EM
2.1 Personnel:
 Team Leader: Trinh Chan Thinh
 Team members:
- Le Hoang Vu - Maintenance Program & Reliability Manager
- Do Thai Anh – Technical Services Manager
- Luong Thanh Hao - Reliability Engineer
- Pham Dinh Tuan – Deputy Supply Manager

2.2 Scope:
 Within Technical Dept.:
- On behalf of EM and CTO will be the contact point to coordinate with other
teams/sections and assign members to accomplish the required functions.
- Will be taken all responsibilities with EM and CTO about managing Warranty/Insurance/
MR claim
 Within JPA:
- On behalf of CTO will be the contact point and cooperate with other department to
accomplish the required functions.

/3/ Structure & Cabin Team: Belongs to Engineering Department directly reporting to EM
3.1 Personnel:
 Team Leaders: New Structure Manager (TBA), Nguyen Thanh Nam (Cabin)
 Team members:
- TBD
Support Team members:
- Luong Thanh Hao - Reliability Engineer
3.2 Scope:
 On behalf of EM and CTO will be the contact point to other teams/sections and coordinate with
members to accomplish the required functions
 Will take all responsibilities with EM and CTO about reviewing the condition and maintenance
history for structure, cabin, coordinate with Supply to review the spare parts, prepare plan for settle
up cabin team.

/4/ PowerPlant Team:

 Nguyen Duc Anh – Senior Power Plant Engineer: will be responsible for managing section as Acting
Power Plant Manager
