MANIFESTATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF

NEW NOTICE OF HEARING

Comes now the Applicant unto this Honorable Board, most

respectfully states:

1. In a Notice of Hearing dated 05 April 2023, the Honorable Board

set the Hearing for the above-captioned case on 27 April 2023 at 1:00
o’clock in the afternoon.

2. However the undersigned Applicant's email account

(ayalalagunatransport@yahoo.com) was compromised and cannot be
open, only just on 21 April 2023 the Secretary and Treasurer of the
Board of Directors recovered the account. It is 6 days prior to the
scheduled hearing and a long weekend comes. Applicant cannot provide
those documents ordered by the Honorable Board to process and submit
on time.

3. In view of the foregoing instances, Applicant most respectfully

prays that the Honorable Board issue the new Notice of Hearing, subject
to the availability of the Honorable Board’s calendar.

4. This Manifestation is made in good faith and is not intended to
delay the proceedings in the instant petition.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing Applicant humbly pray

that this manifestation be given due course.

Other just and equitable relief available in the premises is likewise

prayed for.
