Procedure 

for Maintenance team to perform the tests on Inflight 
Gateway application using their “moc@vistajet.com“ account. 
 
 
Prerequisites: 
   
 Valid voucher (provided by Tactical team, who are copied to 
the following mailbox flightwatch@vistajet.com  
please note that most vouchers are created based on flight duration, and not triggered by 
separate request as it will be the case for testing vouchers by MOC) 
Note: A voucher is only required if the account below doesn’t 
hold enough credit for testing.

Username: moc@vistajet.com 
Password: VJtest2++ 
 

 
 
 
The following procedure uses the OD scenario. 
 
Procedure: 

1.  Go to the Wi‐Fi settings on your device and connect to the 
“VistaJet‐Internet” 
2. Then type wifi.inflightgateway.com to start 
3. On the Welcome screen of Inflight Gateway click Connect 
4. Enter username and password 
5. Select speed  
6. Type in the 6 digits provided and click Apply Voucher (optional) 
7. You can start browsing by opening a new tab (preferred) 
  
 
 

 
 
Notes: 
 
1. Tactical team will need to prepare a valid voucher (note the expiry date) or a bundle of 
vouchers, and share with Maintenance team upon their request 
2. The voucher scenario will test integrity of the system if the WiFi service offers smooth 
browsing and usage of internet
