ANALYZE
Analyze the routines set by the Resource Teacher by answering the following questions.
1. We’re the routines effective in ensuring discipline and order in the class? Why? Why
not?
Probably Yes! When the students are having a bad day or weak connection to the
teacher. They have the chance or time and space to say their thoughts about their
problems in class. Children understand what is expected of them and how to
perform particular things on their own when routines and processes are carefully
taught, modeled, and established in the classroom.

2. Which of those routines were systematic and consistently implemented? Explain your
answer.
Asking questions during discussion, it is highly implemented especially now that
students are easily felt bored during class, it is one way of teacher if the students is
listening and paying attention to the teacher.

REFLECT
Reflect on the various routines observed.
1. Which of the routines will you most likely apply in your class? Why? Why not?
For me it’s very effective if all the routines are applied. Routines are essential for
establishing standards, setting expectations, and fostering positive connections in the
classroom. They make it easier for everyone involved to be on the same page. It’s very
important to always check the students status or if they’re comfortable about the
surroundings in the class.
