ANALYZE
Analyze the routines set by the Resource Teacher by answering the following
questions.

1. Were the routines effective in ensuring discipline and order in class? Why?
Why not?

The procedures that are carried out in the classroom are useful in maintaining order
and discipline throughout the session. It is apparent that the students are paying
attention, the classroom is structured, and there is a smooth flow of information. The
time that was set out for conversation, exercises, and assessments was utilized
productively. The learning objectives that were unique to each session were
successfully completed as a result of this.

2. Which of those routines were systematic and consistently implemented? Explain

your answer.

The instructor has a methodical and consistent approach to the daily procedures that the
class follows. The following activities are included in these routines:

 Prayer in the morning

 Maintaining a record of attendance and absences
 allocating time for lunch and play break
 independent work and assistance
 management of one's conduct

The instructor adhered to these routines on a consistent basis, and these routines were one
factor that contributed to the harmonious environment in the classroom while she was
teaching.

REFLECT

Reflect on the various routines observed.

1. Which of the routines will you most likely to apply in your class? Why? Why not?

I am going to put into practice all of the procedures that I have seen used in the
class. The management of one's behaviour, on the other hand, is the practice that I would
like to implement most frequently. My view is that right from the start, students have a
responsibility to respect not only their instructor but also the other students in the class as
well. If the management of one's behaviour is not addressed first, I will be unable to
implement any of the other procedures.
