AGREEMENT LETTER

This AGREEMENT LETTER is hereby entered into between:

JAIME V. MIRANDA AND JERIMIAH Q. MIRANDA, both of legal age, Filipino and with
residence address 112 ROAD 1 BRGY. VASRA QUEZON CITY hereinafter referred to as the PAYEE;
and

JASON RODRIGUEZ, with residence address at # 12 NENITA EXT. BRGY. GULOD QUEZON
CITY hereinafter referred to as the PAYOR; that, the PAYOR and PAYEE agree to settle the accident
case as follows;

1. That a total payment of EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 8,000.00) will be the settlement
amount to be paid by the PAYOR to the PAYEE;

2. That the PAYOR will pay in installments the amount TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php
2,000.00) to the PAYEE every 15th and 30th day of the month;

3. That the PAYOR will begin the pay in installments starting on MAY 15, 2023 to be
completed on JUNE 30, 2023;

4. That the PAYOR may pay in cash or via GCASH to the number 09567052513;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this day of May 6th, 2023 at Quezon City,
Philippines.
