Key Responsibilities
• Provide administration support to Executive Vice President of Airport Operation and Customer
Service including travel, office administration, system management and meeting coordination.
Calendar Management, coordinate and update daily appointments using own judgement in the
absence of direct instructions.
Collating Presentation from the different stakeholders and furnish in the forum.
Maintain a very high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Handle business/personal tasks e.g., personal records, expense claims, credit card and bank
work.
Act as a primary point of contact between the EVPs and internal & external departments.
Demonstrate an energetic, proactive and positive approach and supporting other teams and col-
leagues as and when require.
• Providing secretarial support as require.
• Handling Email ID of EVP and sort, prioritize and draft internal and external correspondence as
needed.
• Prepare agendas and papers for circulation.
Follow up on progress of initiatives with work force.
• Book and co-ordinate Executive Vice President-AOCS travel and accommodation and undertake
other duties as requested.
• Keeps EVP informed of all activities and appointments at all times.
• Completing task within agreed time frame to accurately meet requirements and consistent with
team policies and procedures as applicable.
• Continually improving the quality and efficiency of services provided.
• Ensures the best use is made of technology to provide efficient and effective administrative
services.
MEDANTA, THE MEDICITY. SECTOR – 38, Gurgaon as Executive Assistant cum coordinator
to The Chairman - GI Surgery Department, March 2015 to August 2019.
Coordinator Responsibility
Admission, Registration, TPA co-ordination and various quires handling.
Emergency counselling for patient medical services and financial counselling.
Coordination for surgery clearance according to their financial status.
Tracking of IPD and OPD patients for admission and investigations.
Bed management, provide bed for IPD patient’s according to their desired categories.
Handling ECHS and various corporate patient’s according to their entitlement and counsel them
about their entitled services.
Coordinating with the IT department for successful implementation of HIS.
Patient complaint handling.
Preparing MIS report in Excel and analysis
Arranges patient transfers to other wards or another part of a hospital.
