RESOLUTION FUNDING THE ALS-SHS TEACHER OF

KITCHARAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, presented in the Memorandum of Agreement to be entered by and

between the Local Government Unit of Kitcharao headed by the Municipal Mayor JENRY E.
MONTANTE and Kitcharao National High School, an educational institution located at
barangay Crossing of this municipality, headed by FE BULALHOD-DELAUTA, for the
implementation of Alternative Learning System – Senior High School (ALS-SHS);

WHEREAS, subject Memorandum was referred to the Committee on Legal Matters,

Laws and Ordinances for study evaluation and appropriate recommendation;

WHEREAS, in its findings, Kitcharao National High School will implement the
Alternative Learning System Senior High School where students aged 20 years old and
above may enroll as long as they comply the required documents for enrollment;

WHEREAS, LGU-Kitcharao recognizes the relevance of the ALS-SHS Program in

ensuring that all learners in the ALS Program shall be equipped with competencies required
for employment, entrepreneurship, middle skills development and tertiary education;

WHEREAS, LGU-Kitcharao shall voluntarily support the school by providing funds

stipulated for the compensation of ALS SHS teachers;

NOW, THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, that the LGU-Kitcharao, headed by the Municipal Mayor JENRY

E. MONTANTE, will support the implementation of ALS-SHS of Kitcharao National High
School by providing funds stipulated for the compensation of ALS SHS teachers;

 LET COPIES of this resolution be furnished to Ms. Eliasa M. Montante, Supervisor,
DepEd Kitcharao District; Ms. Jeanie L. Mativo, Ph.D., CESO VI, Schools Division
Superintendent, Division of Agusan del Norte; and to the of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan
of Agusan del Norte for their information.
