Great speech and delivery are developed through


a whole lot of effort, hard work, courage and
practice. They also require patience and
determination. Public speaking is about
presenting before and audience. The ability to
inform and persuade is one of the most important
aspects of public speaking.

has traditionally meant speaking in person to a
live audience. Today it includes speaking,
formally or informally, to an audience through

 Ceremonial Speaking
 - Is when you give a speech on a special

 - Demonstrative speaking is explaining to others

your current group and choose a different

Procedure:

I have here 4 folded papers which contains the 4


types of Public Speaking. A representative from
each group will pick a paper and whatever you will
pick, will be the type of public speaking that you
will be making and delivering in front of the class. I
will give you 5 minutes to create the piece, every
member of the group must cooperate. The activity
will be rated based on the given rubrics.
