PHILOSOPHY

The School of Our Lady of Atocha, Inc., a Catholic School, upholds integral human formation of
the students and of the whole school community to mold everyone to become faithful disciples of
Christ and stewards of God's creation, committed to the service of God and of humanity.

PILOSOPIYA

Ang School of Our Lady of Atocha, Inc., isang Paaralang Katoliko, ay nagtataguyod ng
mahahalagang pangagailangang pangkaunlaran sa pagkatao ng mga mag-aaral at ng buong
paaralan upang hubugin ang lahat na maging tapat na mga alagad ni Kristo at mga katiwala ng
nilikha ng Diyos, na nakatuon sa paglilingkod sa Diyos at sangkatauhan.

VISION

The School of Our Lady of Atocha, Inc., a Catholic School, as an evangelizing arm of the local
Church, envisions itself as a holistically transformed Christian Community founded on the
person of Jesus.

BISYON

Ang School of Our Lady of Atocha, Inc., isang Paaralang Katoliko, bilang katuwang ng lokal na
Simbahan sa ebanghelisasyon, ay nakikita ang sarili bilang isang ganap na nabagong
Kristiyanong Komunidad na itinatag sa katauhan ni Hesus.

Therefore, SOLA is committed:

 to provide equal opportunity and access to transformative Catholic education integrating
Gospel and Filipino cultural values responsive to the signs of the time;
 to promote a culture of excellence that encourages individualize formation leading to
Christian community living;
 to reach out to people enriching faith, life, and culture experiences essential in building a

 sa pagbigay ng pantay na pagkakataon at pagtamo sa mapagpabagong edukasyong
Katoliko na binubuo ng Ebanghelyo at halaga ng kulturang Pilipino na tumutugon sa
mga tanda ng panahon;
 sa pagsulong ng isang kultura ng kahusayan na nagtataguyod sa paglinang ng isang
indibidwal na humahantong sa pamumuhay sa Kristiyanong komunidad.

INSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVE

 To provide holistic education anchored on the national development goals of the

Department of Education, the Gospel values and teachings of the Church that lead to the
development of the students' intellectual, social, physical, emotional, moral and spiritual
life.
 To provide life-oriented curricular and non-curricular programs which give emphasis on
Justice and Peace, Environmental Awareness, Engaged Citizenship, Gender Sensitivity,
and Youth Empowerment.
 To raise students level awareness and appreciation of Filipino and Catholic traditions.
 To establish functional and sustainable Outreach Program.

LAYUNIN NG INSTITUSYON

 Upang maghatid ng holistikong edukasyong nakabatay sa pambansang layunin ng pag-

unlad ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon, halaga ng Ebanghelyo at turo ng Simbahan patungo
sa pag-unlad ng intelektwal, pisikal, emosyonal, moral at espirituwal na aspeto ng mga
mag-aaral.
 Upang maghatid ng mga programang kurikular at 'di-kurikular na nakatuon sa buhay na
nagbibigay-diin sa Hustisya at Kapayapaan, Kamalayan sa Kapaligiran,
Pagkamamamayan, Pagkasensitibo sa Kasarian, at Pagpapalakas ng mga Kabataan.
 Upang mapataas ang antas ng kamalayan at pagpapahalaga ng mga mag-aaral sa mga
tradisyong Filipino at Katoliko.
 Upang magtatag ng epektibo at likas-kayang programa sa pagbibigay ng tulong.
