Final comments
Jess, you’ve engaged fantastically with this assignment at every stage. Your research
has been meticulous across all aspects from the earliest practical explorations of
technique, through the research tasks and into your design blog which is both
comprehensively detailed and engagingly written/presented.

Your final animation shows a keen sense of timing and humour as well as a consistent
quality level and use of techniques to great effect. you also reflect honestly and
fairly, both in your blog and the final evaluation.

This is a great body of work throughout the entire assignment, well done.

Review Date Offered: Student Comment: Personally, I really enjoyed this project because it allowed
me to explore the Animate software which I have never used before. I am
extremely proud of the outcome of my animation, and I was successful in what I
set out to achieve as I included an interesting background plate, engaging
characters, a warm colour palette and audibly captivating sound effects.
Personally, I did struggle to find appropriate gaps in the audio to add my own
sourced and recorded sound effects as it felt like every opportunity was already
taken in the pre-made audio we were provided with. However, I was able to
decide on 6 sound effects for my animation and I am extremely happy with the
result.
