(a) 保持霧化室溫度在 35℃±2℃，在試樣上噴灑 25±2℃的鹽水 2h。

(b) 鹽水噴霧完成後，將試樣在 40±2℃，95%rh 的氣氛中浸洗 22 小時。

(c) 重複步驟(a)和(b) 4 次（4 天）後，讓試樣在標準狀態下靜置 72 小時（3 天）。 共 8 個循環。

7.2.31 Salt Water Spray Test

Conduct the salt water spray test using individual solutions including those of MgCl2
and CaCl2
according to the method specified in Section 6.12, TSC0511G.

7.2.31 鹽水噴霧試驗 其他兩種( MgCl2 和 CaCl2)不在本次委案,待客戶確認比例再行作業

使用單獨的溶液（包括 MgCl2 和 CaCl2）進行鹽水噴霧測試
根據第 6.12 節中規定的方法，TSC0511G。
 氯化鎂是一種氯化物，化學式 MgCl2。無色而易潮解晶體。這些鹽是典型的離子鹵化物，高度易溶於水。水合氯化鎂可以從鹽

水或海水中提取。通常帶有 6 分子的結晶水。但加熱至 95℃時失去結晶水。135℃以上時開始分解，並釋放出氯化氫（HCl）氣

體。工業上生產鎂的原料。在海水和鹽滷中找到。水合氯化鎂是處方口服鎂補充劑通常使用的物質。氯化鎂水溶液呈中性。
 氯化鈣，由氯和鈣構成，化學式為 CaCl2，是典型的離子型鹵化物。其在室溫下為白色固體，水溶液呈中性。氯化鈣常被應用

於製冷設備所用的鹽水、道路融冰劑和乾燥劑等。由於在空氣中易吸水潮解[5]，無水氯化鈣應在容器中密封儲藏。氯化鈣及

其水合物和溶液在食品製造、建築材料、醫學和生物學等多個領域均有重要的應用價值。
TSC0511G 8.12 Salt Water Spray Test
 工程師操作注事如下:

(3) Test cycle

Take the following procedures (a) through (c) as one test cycle. (One cycle = for 7 days)
(a) While maintaining the temperature in the spray chamber at 35  ± 2℃, apply salt water spray of 25 ± 2℃ for 2 h over the test samples.
b) After completion of the salt water spray, leave the test samples for 22 h in an atmosphere of 40 ± 2℃.95%RH.
(c) After repeating the procedures (a) and (b) four times (for four days), allow the test samples to stand for 72 h (three days) in the
standard condition.
(4) Number of cycles
Repeat continuously for eight times the test cycle defined in (3).
(5) Voltage
During the test, do not apply Voltage to the test samples.
(6) Load
During the test, do not conned any load to the test samples.
(7) Measurement
No intermediate measurement is required specifically during the test.
4.10.5 Post-Treatment
After washing the test samples for 5 min with continuously flowing tap water of 35℃ max., clean them with distilled water or deionized
water. Then, dry them for 1 h at 55±2℃. Following the above procedure, expose then to the standard condition for 1 h or more but not
exceeding 2 h.
4.10.6 Final Measurement
Measure the characteristics of the test samples according to the test standard for the equipment. Check also the external appearance of the
samples for corrosion and damage.
(3) 測試週期
將以下步驟 (a) 到 (c) 作為一個測試循環。 （一個週期 = 7 天）

連續重複（3）中定義的測試週期八次。
(5) 電壓
測試過程中，請勿對測試樣品施加電壓。
(6) 負載
在測試過程中，不要對測試樣品施加任何負載。
(7) 測量
測試期間不需要專門的中間測量。
4.10.5 後處理
用最高 35℃的連續流動自來水沖洗試樣 5 分鐘後，清洗
用蒸餾水或去離子水。然後在 55±2℃乾燥 1 小時。繼上述
程序，然後在標準條件下暴露 1 小時或更長時間但不超過 2 小時。
4.10.6 最終測量
根據設備的測試標準測量測試樣品的特性。
還要檢查樣品的外觀是否有腐蝕和損壞。
