Project Status Report

Project objective: Develop the new website for the company, make it better than the old one and add on
sales online, recipes with the spices, and also they want to expand the sales overseas for countries like:
Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.

Project Progress Summary

Some of the meetings with the team work to discuss about the content of the new website is already
finish, also waiting for the approval of the brief and the plan. After the approval, we are going to start to
looking for the create team (website designers).

Actually, in this case, our Planned Expenditure for this reporting period was 38,000 but we spend 39,000.
It means we spend 1,000 more than the planned expenditure.
The impact of it will be that for rest of the project we will get less amount. Now for the Remaining budget
for life of project, will be only 6,000.
