How would you manage cultural differences?

I would not have any problem with cultural differences as I know the US Culture and traditions
failrly well. I knew a lot about the the US culture through my family, friends, movies, social
media and books, internet etc. I am easy going and have great tolerance for other cultures and
traditions. I am very much into sports and music and I get along with my peers and professors
easily. I have enjoyed watching lot of American movies. I love team work. Also I like the
fooding habits of the American people. They are very health conscious. Therefore, I am very
sure I would not have any culture shook or would have problem with cultural differences.

How will you adapt to sudden change?

I know the weather conditions, time zones, and technological advances etc very well before I
decided to study in US. I know how to contact to in regards to my study. I know I have to excess
to library, sports club, zym of the universities. I am very open minded and I love to explore new
things. I anticipate change and I like to stay positive and ask for help if needed. I am mentally
prepared and so I would not have difficulties adapting to this change.

Why would I give you a visa?

I am sincere, hard working international Student. I met all the financial and academic
requirements. I have no intention of staying in the US after my course completion. I know the F1
Visa conditions and at no cost I'm going to violate it. I have strong family ties so I would not be
able to stay additional year away from my family. I have future plans in Nepal. Therefore, I do
not see any reason for you not to grant me a visa.

Why did you not do SAT?

I decided not to do SAT because the university that I applied do not recommend SAT. On the
other hand, I was extremely busy in my jobs. I tried to take online class. I started however, the
online was not very effective. Besides that, the number SAT exams are very Limited in Nepal.
and due huge number of Student applying. The registration closed early. Hence I dropped the
SAT.
How did you apply?

I applied from the university's application portal. My university uses an Common app / online
application portal so I processed from there. First I created an online application, paid my
application fees and uploaded all the documents in the portal. I got my admission decision from
the university in 3 weeks time. Then as a part of I- 20 request, I submitted the financial
documents to the university and received my I-20 in my email. Then I filled up my DS 160 form,
got my interview dates for ..... and paid my sevis on..…

How do you come to know about this university?

While I was doing internet research about the area of my interest. I came across this university,
then I checked the:

1. Alumni

2. Academic excellence

3. Practical learning

4. Supportive community

5. Vibrant student life style

All this align very to my interstest and I knew this university better
