As an undergraduate student in Technical and Vocational Education (Building Construction)

from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), I am sure that with the skills and
experience I have encountered in my educational journey I can carry well with the scope of
work. . During the site visit and construction site management training in an external
company organization under UTHM, I have improved my skill level by studying with some of
the best professionals in the field of building construction and guidance is also provided. I
am confident that I can guarantee goodness in the supervision of the construction site. In
addition, I have been exposed to managing construction sites, receiving support in various
forms to facilitate growth as a leader and custodian of construction sites, and finding
innovative and sustainable solutions to challenges faced on construction sites while

working. Therefore, I was also exposed to lessons from CIDB in Building Construction
management.

To qualify and enter this field, I motivated myself enough to do any given task to be carried
out fully and efficiently. I want to work with this company because I want to have a broad
introduction to the organization and gain working knowledge from this company. I also put
time management as the main thing in doing work. I can be a quick learner and very
independent when it comes to new properties to explore. I can share knowledge and skills
in a team from all forms of knowledge that I have learned.

I would be very happy to attend an interview as an industrial trainee if this company is
