2. That I hereby declare and state that I am transferring

the operation and administration of the above-
mentioned business to my son, PAOLO A. BIEN;

3. That I also declare to change the location of my

business, from 21B Presidents Ave., BF Homes,
Parañaque City to Unit 102 Omega Star Bldg., J.
Elizalde, Cor. Aguirre Ave., BF Homes, Parañaque

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the
