DESIGN ON THE PARTICIPATION OF CARMEN DISTRICTS TO THE 2023

AGUSAN DEL NORTE DIVISION SPORTS SELECTION MEET

I. RATIONALE

In our continued effort to develop the learners holistically, the districts of Carmen 1
and Carmen 2 under this municipality will participate in the four(4) days Division Athletic
Meet 2023 on March 5-8,2023 to be held in the municipality of Buenavista Agusan del
Norte. The participants of this activity are expected to compete the different events during
the whole duration.

The purpose of the said activity is to develop every athletes’ skills in the different
areas of sports and to practice the value of sportsmanship.

II.OBJECTIVES

1. Promote sports development among learners;

2. Expose and experience sports competition;and
3. Poster discipline,teamwork,and other values inherent in the practice of sports.

IV. VENUE AND DATE:

The venue and date of 2023 Agusan Del Norte Division Sports Selection Meet
will be on March 5-8,2023 at the municipality of Buenavista,Agusan del Norte.

V. METHODOLOGY
 This activity will be started with an arrival of delegations and opening ceremony on March
5, 2023.This will be followed by the contest proper on March 6 and 7 and the awarding ceremony on
March 8,2023.

Transportation,uniform,medicine,sports paraphernalia and meals will be charged against

SEF.

VI. MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

Assigned coaches and officiating officials will manage the whole duration of the activity
under the supervision of the district supervisor.

VII. BUDGET REQUIREMENTS

There are 289 participants that requires budget from the SEF for the said program.
