Proceedings:
1. The meeting was called to order at 10:46 AM right after the Parents’ Summit at the Covered Court by the
class adviser, Mrs. Rosalie R. Diaz.

2. The first part of the meeting was the appreciation of parents who have attended the Parents’ Summit.
There were 31 parents/guardian who have attended the meeting.

3. Then the awarding of the top performing students in different subject areas were recognized followed by
the Top 10 of the class and students with honors.

4. The class advisers reminded the parents regarding the class attendance/tardiness of their child and
wearing of uniform/dress code. Card giving and parent-teacher conference followed after the recognition
of top performing students.

5. The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 AM.
