While watching the video the students are advice to take down notes as their lecture.

Guided Questions:

1. What is the meaning of the term “consumer protection”?

B. Analysis (15mins)

The class will be divided into 5 groups. Each group has its 9 to 10 members.

After watching the video, the groups will identify the following pictures flash on the board
(number head) using placards with written basic consumer rights. Each correct answer is
equivalent to 1pt. The winning group will get extra points in group task/activities (performance
task).
