Figure 1 shows the basis of the entire research with the help of the model used in
the study, which is the input, process, and even the output. The research conceptual paradigm’s
input shows what factors will be gathered from the respondents. The respondents are required to
be a college student who is a third-year BSBA student at Immaculada Concepcion College,
school year 2022-2023. Following the input section is the process, which states that pieces of
information will be gathered through the process of an online survey in a Google Docs form. The
internet and other reliable sources would also help the researchers acquire appropriate data for
the study. The input and process will assist the researchers in obtaining the output that anticipates
online consumer satisfaction.
