extreme or dramatic that in fact it is.

2. What is the intention of the author in this text?

Ans: (He wants to entertain the readers by using exaggeration and
satirical tone to talk about those people who are obsessed with the
idea of being strong and healthy.)
He also wanted to teach people that life is a gift of God and should
not be spoiled it in useless activities. Physical fitness and health
cannot postpone the death.
At last, the author humorously gives us some piece of advice by
saying life is a heavenly gift and we should enjoy it without being
obsessed with useless habits and activities.
