Sidhi Ganeshpur (Dist-Sultanpur) (Km.79+900 to Km.121+600) in the state of Uttar
Pradesh on EPC Basis. Reg. Request for permission to crossing at Ch. 96+414

Sir,
Kindly refer to above subject referred the letter you are requested to submit the
following earliest.

1- Green gas Pvt. Ltd. sail have to enter into a Lease agreement with to the authority
for the required permission. The initial drive of the agreement will be five year after
which it will be consider for renewal.
2- The approved copy of the draft agreement is enclosed herewith. Authorized
signatory green gas Pvt. Ltd. is required to sign and submit the agreement paper on
Rs. 100 stamp paper according to the enclosed draft agreement.
3- A demand draft for Rs. 800000 in favour of chief Executive Officer, UPEIDA, Lucknow shall
have to be deposited by Green gas Pvt. Ltd. to word not refundable Administration fee.
4- A demand draft for Rs. 200000 in favour of chief Executive Officer, UPEIDA, Lucknow shall
have to be deposited by Green gas Pvt. Ltd. to word not refundable Administration fee
licence fee (Inclusive of GST@18% ).
5- Green gas Pvt. Ltd. shall also be required to communicated GST number Issuance Tax
Invoice.
6- Green gas Pvt. Ltd. shall also be required to submit a performance as per Morth Circulars
2016 amounting to Rs. 9500000 in favour of chief Executive Officer, UPEIDA, Lucknow shall
perior to commencement of work.
