JOURNAL ENTRY #2

Every Child is entitled of quality education.

Teaching in a diverse classroom is quite challenging for teacher. I for one struggled
in delivering the expected information and set of skills to my learners because of their
diverse needs and diverse learning styles. However, keeping in mind that each of them has
the right to access the best possible education kept me constantly innovating myself and
my teaching style to cater their individual needs.
As a teacher, as I improved myself. My professional development is strongly rooted
to my personal philosophy that each of the learners deserved quality education. My heart
flutters when my learners asked me to stay a couple more minutes in the classroom just
because they wanted to hear more of what I teach them.
There are still so much more to explore in terms of giving my learners the best
possible language instruction. That I shall do.
