    Symptom
    You are adjusting the tax configuration from a Country with Time Dependent Tax active and would like to
    know How to create tax code in S/4Hana Cloud
    or
    You need to edit/create a new tax code but the Country is not available for TDT

    Environment
    SAP S/4 Hana Cloud

    Resolution
    First Step: Check if the Country is available for time Dependent Tax accessing the SAP Help
    portal Countries/Regions Where Time-Dependent Taxes is Enabled. If positive, please follow the steps:

    1. App Manage Your Solution / Central Business Configuration (CBC)

    2. Select the SSCUI 101016 - Define Tax Codes for Sales and Purchases

    1. Select the Country

    3. Add Tax Code description and the Tax Type. Continue

    4. Add the tax Percentual Rate and Save.

    If the Country is not available for Time Dependent Tax, you should create an Incident/Service Request
    according the Roadmap Configure Tax Solution
    Subject: Request expert configuration for new tax code,
    Description: Please perform expert configuration per the attached document
    Component: XX-S4C-OPR-SRV.
