I wouldn’t discuss other colleague’s methodology.

I will tell
them that as a professional s/he is the
one
who chooses his/her strategies in class so this
should not be
questioned.
 

It is very unprofessional to comment on another person’s

teaching
method and you should not do that. You should
also not allow your
students to make any type of comments
about the admin staff or
faculty.

the rules we agreed on at
the very beginning and tell
him/her that no exception can

made only for him/her.

You should never manipulate any record for any student and
explain that to them. You could also talk to your coordinator
or
director about this situation.

more suitable time
for him/her.
