Card Giving Day
Grade 9 Neptune
November 18, 2022

Agenda:
1. Computation of Grades and its component in all subjects
2. Awarding of students with exemplary performance & conduct award
3. Discussion on the use of the Feedback form and Individual Monitoring Plan
4. Distribution of Report Cards
5. Other concerns

Card Giving Day started at 8:30am at Grade 9 Neptune Room with 32 parents
including students present and 7 parents failed to attend the meeting as reflected in
the attendance sheets and were contacted after the Card Day via messenger and
phone calls.
The Card Day ended at 12 noon. Modules of students who did not come were given
house to house to personally talk to them.

3. Discussion on  During Card Giving Day, all parents gave their feedbacks,
the use of the suggestions, and concerns about their children’s academic
Feedback form performance. They will write it on the printed Feedback Form
and Individual provided by the adviser.
Monitoring Plan
 Teachers also gave timely, constructive, and meaningful
feedbacks in the outputs of the learners.

 The learner’s Individual Monitoring Plan were given to


students who lagged behind based on the results of their
formative and summative assessments.

 Some Grade 9 Neptune students are given Individual


Monitoring Plan to monitor their progress after the
intervention strategies conducted by their teachers.

3. Distribution of  Students with no grades or INC marks on their report cards


Report Cards went to the subject teachers and confer about the lacking
requirements of their children.

 All parents shall accomplish the attendance and feedback


form before they could see the report cards of their children
and get their modules as well.

 All parents are reminded to affix their signatures in the report


cards for the 1st quarter.

 All parents shall monitor and check the submission of their


children. They need to make sure that all answer sheets are
answered properly especially the Performance Tasks.

5. Other  All incomplete requirements of the students shall be


concerns completed as soon as possible especially Performance
Tasks.
