This chapter shows the business organizational chart, personnel


qualification and job description, personnel salary structure and human resources
control policy.

D’s Backyard Piggery is a sole proprietorship kind of business, the owner is
also the manager of it. This business only has two permanent the farm attendant
and security personnel. Their job is an all-around where the farm attendant will
take in charge in some cases like diseases and other trouble in the workplace.
There are two on call employee the bookkeeper and the veterinary physician.
They are considered on call employee because they are being called when there is
an emergency and expert in hog raising process.

Personnel Qualification and Job Description

employee in D’s Backyard Piggery’s workplace. It serves as a guideline in
recruiting workers.

Table 2 displays D's Backyard Piggery personnel salary structure from daily
minimum wage, monthly income and annual pay, together with the insurances
that can avail by then employee.

Bookkeeper and the Veterinarian are not a permanent employees; they are
considered as on call personnel. The Veterinarian is called whenever the hogs are
ill or needed to be vaccinate and the Accountant that keeps the records and
finalizes the monthly financial documents in the business. When the hog is sold,
they will be contacted and invited to the farm. they will be paid 350 pesos for
each visit.

HUMAN RESOURCES CONTROL POLICY

HR policies are a must-have for any organization. They can guide employees
and leaders about what’s expected of them, ensure everyone is treated
consistently, as well as prevent problems including legal concerns (Holliday,
2021). All of these piggery personnel are inforce to perform all of the Human

Membership (Marc, 2021).
