Job Title: Sourcing/Procurement Specialist

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

-Source Products “Fashion Accessories” from China


-Identify and vet Accessories suppliers in China
-Prepare itinerary for vendors when someone from the team visits these countries
-Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
-Manage relationships with suppliers
-Develop and maintain a supplier database
-Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to management
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
-Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures
-Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from identifying suppliers to final delivery of
products
-Expert in Supply chain management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a relevant field


- 7+ years of experience in sourcing and pricing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
