Important Reminders:

1. Use of personal cellular phones must not in any way adversely interfere with the
efficient execution of one’s duties and responsibilities.
2. Zero Waste Management is implemented.

3. Ministries Assigned for the day will have an Outside Room Assignment (ORA)
- Laboratories with the supervision of the In-charge
4. Corridors (floor, wall, ledge, ceiling, lights/lamps and railings) are part of the 5S
Standards in the classrooms
5. Use of Air Conditioning Units and Purifiers
- Putting ON and OFF will be 15 minutes BEFORE the start and end of
the classes/work in the morning by the class adviser and afternoon by
the subject teacher respectively and office heads.
6. The usage of the RAMP is for grade school learners with stroller bags in the
second floor of Msgr. Jose A. Alojipan Memorial building.
