My integral role in operating my family's farm has been instrumental in
shaping my profile as a proficient multitasker. This hands-on experience
has endowed me with a diverse skill set spanning gardening, baking,
animal care, heavy lifting, tool usage, childcare, and sales. This
multifaceted involvement has underscored my aptitude for quick mastery
of tasks and honed my interpersonal skills. The insights gained from farm
work are transferrable to succeed in this role.

In my time as a Tart Baker, I engaged in so many types of collaboration, I
helped created a good team dynamic to help the assembly and baking
process. Our collective efforts resulting in measurable improvements in
effectiveness, revealing the greatness of teamwork. The need of
maintaining accuracy in repetitive activities while cooperating with others
to ensure the highest standards of execution was made clear by this
experience.
