Concept of the Learners Telesafe Contact Center Helpline Jingle Entry:

The Jingle Song about TELESAFE: KAKAMPI NG KABATAAN is all about giving
information to all students on one of the program of DepEd, the Learners
Telesafe Contact Center Helpline which ensures that students have a safe and
secure learning environment. The song also strengthens and emphasizes the
rights of the learners which must be put into prioritization since our youth
today are the hope of the next generation. This is the reason why we really
need to take care of our learners and make hotlines available for them in case
of emergencies.
