III. Narrative / Discussions:

Mr. Alex M. Entendez called the meeting and discussed the LAC Session of Learning
Modalities Preparation. He briefly discussed and explained how the different learning
modalities in different lessons can help the teachers preparing their Portfolio. He further
explained the importance of LAC scheduling meetings, setting up resources and
Prioritization of Topics and agenda.
IV. Conclusions:
We must work hand in hand to achieve the purpose of learning delivery
modalities course (LDM2) goal for the betterment of the teachers and to enhance the
learning ability of the learners.
V. Recommendation:
Teachers will brainstorm and share ideas on the needed information, data and
insights through LAC session for the fulfillment of the course.

IV. Discussion:
The team effort of the members of the course shared their ideas and insights to
answer questions relevant to the course. The bits and pieces of ideas of each member
formed into big ideas that gave answer to the given questions.

Our LAC leader Sir Alex M. Entendez continued the discussion about Lesson I:
Understanding the Different Learning Delivery Modalities, LESSON 2: Designing
Lessons and Assessments in the Different LDMs. He taught us step by step in
answering the Activities that we are going to execute. He instructed us also what are the
important things to prepare so that we can accomplish the Portfolio properly.
IV. Conclusions:
So that we achieve this task, we must work cooperatively to carry off the
objectives of LDM2 or Learning Delivery Modality for the upgrading of the teachers and
strengthen the capability of the learners. Our major concern here is the teaching-
learning process in times of pandemic.
V. Recommendation:
Teachers will brainstorm and share ideas and insights on the needed information, data
through LAC session for the fulfillment of the course.

The meeting was called to accomplish the lesson in Reflecting on Professional
Development and Planning for Continuing Professional Development and Participation
in the LAC. One of the activities is to accomplish the Individual Professional
Development Plan Template by stating the Strength, Development Needs, Action plan,
Time Line and Resources Needed. The submitted IPDP in RPMS from E-SAT that
belongs to the rate of Low should be reflected in the Functional Competencies to be
developed and basis for action plan and intervention.

IV. Conclusion:
The body agreed that their rate of Low in E-SAT will be used in the Functional
Competencies that needs development and intervention. From there, teachers will think
of possible intervention with action plan to accomplish on the target timeline.
