II. Work Procedure

1. Prepare all apparatus and materials
2. Slice the epidermis of Allium cepa using Gilette /sharp knife as thin as possible.
3. Put the slice to the object glass and drop an Iodine to the object carefully.
4. Covered glass is placed over the specimen.
5. Observe under the microscope. Begin with the minimum magnification to the
maximum.
6. Draw the result of observation to the table below!
